MTN Pathetic FROM Service - **** by MTN partner company CCI

I was approached by CCI via a phone call under the pretense that they are MTN to upgrade my contract with an offer that is discounted from what the MTN stores were currently offering at the time.

Now on my bill I get charged the same rate as what the contract rate is in store.

MTN Direct won't deal with you at all they just refer you to this company.

Statement error still unresolved after 3months, this is pathetic service from MTN!

They make all the promises but don't deliver on any of them!

Please take care that this company doesn't catch you as they did me!
