MTN PATHETIC EXPERIENCE

I've submitted an online contract application with MTN and was contacted immediately by their call Centre. Since then the phone never arrived by courier. I've contacted the courier Company to query the status of my order and was advised MTN paused delivery. I've since been trying to reach MTN customer care and their complaints division only to get AI automated replies. I've contacted 083135 took forever to reach an agent only to be told they unable to assist as it's an MTN online deal. MTN your customer service is pathetic!!!!
