MTN Pathetic,don't update clients payments
This is the pathetic response I got back on hellopeter from MTN: Hello RicoMel, Thank you for your post,
We apologise for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused According to our records the only payement received was on 31-01-2015 and that was for the December invoice. The January and February invoice is still outstanding with a total amount of R 802.36 payable.
Thank you
Wenzile Masina
REQ:***

Your records are wrong MTN How in the Hell is that possible? I have been making cash payments at the MTN Shop in Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain Cape Town and have the receipts and payments on my bank statement as I swiped my bank card when paying my account, to prove this, MTN is getting away with taking my money, not updating their systems and I'm left with no service, You people are the most pathetic bunch I have ever dealt with. Someone better email me or I am taking this to a court of law! Enough is enough!
We are truly sorry for the breakdown in service and for any inconvenience caused. It is not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
We are not disputing the fact that you have not made any payment for your account, however we require the proof of the payments done.
Kindly can we request that you provide us with a bank stamped statement reflecting the missing payment and we can then request our Banking Department to allocate the payment to their account. They will require the stamped statement for verification purposes.
Please send the statement to *** with this correspondence attached to the e-mail for us to process accordingly.
Regards
Tim
