MtN Pathetic Customer Support

If Zero stars was a rating MtN would be the owner of it. You would think after placing an online order for a new customer customer, they would work hard to gain that customer with support, not transfer from one department to the next leading to a cancelled order less than 24 hours after placing it.

Online order platform reports errors they generate (search and prepopulate delivery address and then claim postal code is invalid). Have a whatsapp number chat that doesnt work. Sales cant help, customer service cant help, you cant speak to manager, you cant receive email confirmation. Need to speak to a consultant while it sounds like there is a party going on in the background.

What an absolute joke of a service, still got the cheek to ask if there is anything they else they could help with when they could not even change a delivery address. So glad I am not going to be a customer and they showed there true colours immediately.
