Mtn pathetic customer service swearing customers

Never will I recommend MTN. while trying to sign up for a contract on the 07/12/2020 the agent swore me and hung up. I never end up taking the contract due to the calls and emails I’ve been receiving in order to track the agent and get the recording. After 1 week of investigation I get a sorry and the agent has been dealt with. Pathetic
