MTN Pathetic customer service

What a horrible experience dealing with customer service who promise to call you back but never do. I upgraded my cellphone contract and have not been receiving the allocation stipulated on the contract for the past 3 months. Everytime I open a request to query or escalate the incident gets closed without any resolution and no call backs, but every month my subscription is debited. This is so frustrating and costly as I'm having to pay for a service I'm not receiving and wasting hours of my life trying to resolve by contacting a useless contact center with false promises
