MTN Pathetic Customer Service

Been blacklisted with them, paid the full outstanding amount, But trying to get a paid up letter from them seems impossible.

Phoned 7 times and then customer service check all details and says hold on we put you through to the right department, then that phone rings and rings and no one answers. Holding on for hours but no resolution.

To be honest MTN service cannot be called pathetic, Pathetic you get service but it is not good, MTN is lower than that
