MTN - Pathetic customer service

Been experiencing intermittent cellphone signal problems in Moreleta Park, Pretoria from 14/09/2019. Been in the same location for 19 years, but have not experienced a problem of this magnitude before. Made contact with MTN to resolve my concern (#869384, #934753). On 17/09/2019, I was informed that the site was down (reference no. SMC/***). I was subsequently informed that network tower 8160 Moreleta East VC was remotely accessed, and all should be in order. When I am out of Moreleta Park,the signal strength and quality is mostly acceptable. On numerous occasions thereafter, I informed MTN that I am still experiencing this concern. To date, 05/11/2019, I am still experiencing this concern. My experience with MTN shows that MTN lacks the ability or will to resolve my concern. Maybe this large company does not have a customer care department.With such poor levels of service, I will start considering moving all my cellphone and data needs to a competitor..MTN = Pathetic Service.
