MTN - Pathetic customer service

I have signed up for a data package with MTN on 26 November 2019 on the phone and still haven't received it till today. I called MTN customer service and MTN direct and no one can help me. My package is sitting with DSV cause MTN gave them incorrect customer contact details and they are waiting for MTN to provide such. I was sent to all the departments in MTN and still not been assisted. I am cancelling this deal as the service is very pathetic and consultans are useless. Will never refer anyone to Mtn ever again.
