MTN = PATHETIC = CANNOT RESOLVE PROBLEM
It is a month now that I am battling with Mtn to resolve my husband's international roaming.<br> <br> Yes on their system it shows everything is in order BUT HE STILL CANNOT RECEIVE OR MAKE ANY CALLS!!! They didn't even bother to phone the number to make sure that the problem is sorted. <br> <br> I have written numerous emails to customer care without any response. Pathetic. <br> <br> PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM MTN PLEASE ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROBLEM AND SORT IT OUT.
