MTN , Pathetic and Renew Contracts, bill and list customers without their knowledge or permission

I have logged numerous amount of calls, emails, messages with so many different people from MTN all of them lie and never get back to me. MTN has renewed , billed me and listed me on ITC for a contract that I asked them to cancel. without me knowledge I was listed, no calls were made tome prior, no emails , nothing. MTN is sneaky!! they renewed a contract and billed me when no such contract was existing! after forwarding my proof to them, they corrected it on their side but refuse to send me a clearance or paid up letter which iv been begging for as I now need to sort out my credit record and have the legal status removed , all inconvenience because of MTN!! They refuse to reply to me or forward any such letter. I have proof of emails , dates and times of calls made and I am left with no choice but to take this up the legal way and via the media. the public need to know what they getting themselves into with MTN !
