MTN - PATHETIC AND *********** SERVICE

So MTN is officially the most pathetic and *********** service provider out there. We have logged at least 3 or 4 ***** cases on my account over the past year. Some have been resolved due to the efforts of one particular staff member. The last one is still not resolved after about 6 months. Yet every month, my account gets suspended! Every month when I call in, I am told that the matter is not resolved but that the ticket has been closed, and that I should follow up every few days to check what the progress is. So it appears that to get rid of any problems, all the staff do is close the ticket and apparently I am expected to babysit the MTN staff to make sure that they due the work for which they get paid!!! I want this sorted out!!!
