MTN Pathetic - actually a joke

Took out a month to month WiFi contract with MTN. Was told it was R269 a month. First account paid on +- 20 June - R380 Now received a bill for +-R580........havent ebven been with them for 3 weeks? Emailed them - zero feedback Escalated to their complaints address - zero feedback Prepared to pay but not to be ********** by a incompetant pathetic company How can a company provide a service but have no clue how to deliver a service? So tired of fighting for service - looks like customer service is only on paper -
