MTN pathetic

Never have I received bad service like this. I’ve been struggling for more than a hour to reach you and the one consultant that answered hung up on me. MTN accused my step-father of being black lister when in fact he has a good credit score (as confirmed by Trade Union). MTN thus denied his application for a contract. We went to the Polokwane branch they said the matter was out of there hands we should phone head office. Not one of the numbers for head office works. My Step-father is not english speaking and wished to be helped in Afrikaans they could not provide us with this assistance. When I tried to communicate on behalf of him this was denied. Now I ask how should we resolve this matter ?!?
