MTN Pathetic

I had a horrible experience with MTN overall! I went to MTN at Wonderboom Junction, Pretoria , to apply for a add on WiFi on my contract. So they did not have any rooters. They phoned MTN at Blaauw Village in Pretoria North, where they confirmed they have only one rooter left. So I went there. When I came there, I app****. The lady who helped me said that the rooter is not on the system. So I must come back. It will be sorted out. After 15:00, they phone and said it is still not on the system! I told the lady, I’ll find someone else to help me. So she told me I need to relax and be patient. She will see if they can help me tomorrow. ***! I phoned MTN Wonderpark, MTN Kolonade, MTN Brooklyn and MTN Brooklyn square. Not one shop Is answering their phone. Their service is up to …! Where must I go to get good assistance? How can you have stock, bit its not loaded on the system???????
