Mtn pathetic

Good day so Im trying to sort out additional charges for roaming which I did not make use of im a frequent traveller and would know not to make use of roaming as I know of the exorbitant fees being charged. I have een trying to slove this issue for a month now but call centre agents dont know what they doing. Every time they have an excuse as to why the problem is not being solved i know im not payin R2700 for calls i did not make. Number *** tried to speak to a manager no one calls me back this is so pathetic. Damn mrs c lewis
