MTN pathetic
My Cell Phone was ****** 13 July 2019, we reported it right away and went to MTN Irene on 14-07-2019 to do a sim swop on my number and they confirmed it should be active between 2 and 24 hours, we have passed 24 hours and contacted MTN but still nothing is being done. Dont know how long this process will take as I cant access any of my banking or anything without my cell phone number
