MTN PATHETHIC POOR SERVICE

What pathetic service!! I have been struggling now for 3 weeks to get my issue resolved. I have spoken to every person in the call center. When asking to speak to a supervisor or manager they always have different stories as to why they can't transfer your call and always take a message yet NO ONE calls you back. If I knew then what I know now I WOULD NEVER have taken a contract with MTN . Their complaints department is also a big joke. 48 hours to resolve your query.. NONSENSE !!! I will not recommend MTN to anyone. I doubt if they will even respond on this complaint. Lets see!!
