MTN passing the buck as usual

This was my desperate e mail to MTN - I have been trying to get this sorted since March 2018, and have not used their data, and have now been handed over, despite multiple e mails and six different ref numbers- ********** , ********** 4, ********** 8, ********** 6, ********** 7, but no one contacted me until i was handed over. they were always getting back to me.. the moral of the story is- dont accept deals from Telemarketers- they will say anything to get you to agree ! see below about my fifth e mail.. trying to speak to a human was impossible Now I have debt collectors calling me- first time anybody has ! and offering me a settlement figure. !!!!

Good day I have been trying to contact you by phone but it keeps on saying my number reference does not exist. and I cannot get to an operator I want to cancel this contract. I was supposed to get extra 1 gig daytime and 1 gig night on promotion.as well as the 1 gig day and one night. I want to have at least 2 gig daytime. please advise how you will rectify this- otherwise I want to cancel my contract. see other correspondence below. please do not pass me on to someone else. I want this sorted out today. I am really not impressed with your service. I am a long time customer.
