MTN- passing on the buck

I have taken a contract with MTN trough Mobilesplus, all i need is a contract showing the IMEI number for proof of warranty, the last time i complained about MTN on hello Peter , i had gotten a call the same day , MTN referred me back to email mobilesplus, the email does not work. As my service provider i had emailed MTN again on the 21st of March to get assistance and have not received a response since.
