MTN partners with VOX who is not credible

I know that MTN is going to say this is not their problem... BUT they need to know what kind of company they are partnered with Should not even be one star. They took away the router and sim card (UNUSED) and the gentleman on th call said that he would immediately cancel the purchase. This new purchase was never finalized on the side of VOX. Today when I called to ask why I had not received the proof of cancellation of the deal, I was told deal never cancelled, I should not have returned the SIM card and I need to pay 3 months to cancel. I DID NOT ASK TO CANCEL MY CONTRAC. I CANCELLED THE INTIAL PURCHASE AS VOX COULD NOT PROVIDE!!!! When I called back the consultant had the cheek to put the phone down on me. Have spent over R200 in calls to VOX. So, now I have no router, no MTN SIM card and they expect 3 months payment for a service they have NEVER provided!!!! I have spoken to my bank an blocked payment to them. I will see them in court and hopefully that will become news so everyone can see how they ***** people's money!
