MTN PAROW CENTRE

purchased MTN LTE bundle 50GB for R149 with a new sim card I bought from shoprite for my wifi router with the hope I'll be sorted on the road as I am travelling , however data does not work ,I phoned MTN call centre where I spoke to 2 different consultants whom informed me that I needed to go to a MTN store so they may manually remove a barrier as it is the one causing a blockage in internet. I was so desperate I requested Uber to quickly get me to the nearby MTN which is (MTN SANLAM CENTRE PAROW)and spoke to a lady by the name Lorrain if that's even true coz she was not wearing any name tag , firstly i must mention that while she was busy with me her freind (I assume) walked in and she forgot she was assisting me there for a good 2 minutes as she was speaking to her freind, and when she got back to me I explained what my problem was again , she seemed very lost about what her call centre colegues said, and she told me all she could do will be to refresh my network and data , and that I must switch the router off for 20 minutes and when I switch it back on it will be fully operational.DID THAT AND I HAVE NO INTERNET ACCESS ,AT THIS POINT I HATE MTN!!!!ESPECIALLY AN *********** STAFF,IT JUST SHOWES ******** AND A LACK OF CLIENT VALUE!!!
