MTN - Panzer Glass issue. Beware!

Just completed an upgrade to the Note8 from Samsung and to protect my device bought the Panzer Glass for R399 from MTN in Langebaan. MTN app**** it for me no problem. This was over the weekend, during the week had some time to fiddle and play with the device and soon realised that I had difficulty using the bottom right part of the phone due to the Panzer Glass having an upwards bent. Went back to MTN at my closest mall the next weekend where I stay in Blouberg and was told that they cant help I need to go to a franchise MTN. Off to another "Franchises MTN" I went, to be told no they cant help I'll have to go back to Langebaans MTN to assist. They however did try and contact Langebaans MTN to assist but to no avail.. no answer during the weekend. I need assistance to correct this issue, as I will only be going back to Langebaan mid of Sept. Why is the MTN stores unable to assist?
