MTN PALLMALL (PAARL MALL) COMPLAINT

Hi mtn swiched off my sim cards and i already paid my installments its been off for 2months now and not sorted out and no contact and all the pall mall mtn staff member knows about this but they cant seem to fix the problem please help...
