Mtn pakage migration

3months to migrate a pakage. Got new contract was not explained cant trf airtime to data.wanted to migrate payd 3 moths like they sayd i must whait. I did now branch cant help and mtn must do it themself. 7 contact centres later got migration form send back with id copy now 7 days no migration no feedback no service. And paying a contract with no use. Wish i never joined mtn. They dont even contact there customers
