MTN pain in the back

A few days ago, i bought a tablet with a sim card. Last week friday, I took the mtn simcard to the uitenhage branch of mtn to RICA the simcard. I waited more then 10 minutes to be help by an consultant eventhough there werent any customers there. When I was finaly helped, I gave my details to the consultant to RICA my new simcard. After waiting for amother 10 minutes, the lady said that the simcard has been Rica'd. Up till today i still cant use the simcard cause its keep saying that it needs to be RICAD, its 5 days already. This is really really bad service and that is why i also ended my contract with mtn. For 5 days i am still waiting for the simcard to be ricad....
