MTN PAID UP LETTER

I was behind on my payment, and I was finally able to pay it up. I have been requesting my paid up letter from MTN for 2 years now with no luck and just being passed from pillar to post of an automated reply email. I am frustrated as this is blocking me from applying for important stuff.
