MTN PAID UP LETTER

I have paid up MTN account of R904 in August month. I have still not receive any paid up letter, In the meantime I'm being send from pillar to post, please sort this out because it is affecting my credit profile negatively. It need a to be updated and I need to receive a paid up letter since the account is long paid up.
