MTN paid up letter.

I was told about an outstanding amount owed by to MTN by their debt collectors, I paid the amount and requested a paid up letter. Since October 2021 I still haven’t received the letter instead I’m told I owe more money which no one at MTN can tell me where it comes from. My life has been at a standstill since. Thanks for the **** service MTN!
