Mtn paid letter request taking forever

My name is Amos makola I have been trying to get paid up latter from Mtn for the past 3 weeks and the sad part is that I even went to mtn head offices in Johannesburg but unfortunately I was told legal department are the one that can draft the letter but even today I have not been received any help from them and its very painful because I'm not owing MTN any cent wat so ver.
