MTN Packet Switched Data Calls

On the 20/11/2017 a shocking amount of R6819.72 was deducted from my account and a dispute was log with MTN. When i looked at my statement the amount due for the month of November 2017 was R2070.47. MTN was contacted and emails were sent to all departments at MTN for assistance. Emails were sent to ********** ********** ********** ********** for assistance. No one at the ***** department even acknowledged my email or responded with my querie. I reversed the amount deducted and paid what was due to MTN which was the amount of R2070.47. A few days later MTN advised me that they did not get the full amount of R6819.72. They advised that the R4114.76 is for data i have used, Packet Switched Data Calls. I asked them to explain what this means as i use limited data as i have wifi at my workplace and at home (uncapped). Why would i occur costs if im paying towards uncapped data????. No one at MTN could explain what this Packet Switched data calls is. After numurous calls and fustration in sending emails a lady emailed me stating that they investigated the matter and i have used a large amounts of gigs which is why i need the pay the full amount otherwise they will suspend my lines. The handset they stated that was used to download unknown contents was not in use during some of the dates and times????? I now requested MTN to provide me with the websites (URL) sites which was used and the content that was downloaded. My lines has been suspended and im using the phones for business to generate an income, seems MTN don't care!!!
