Big thank you to Nadia at MTN Paarl Mall. This woman is amazing, friendly, helpful, professional and provides excellent client service. Nadia, you're a star. Just as we gave up on MTN, about to cancel everything with MTN for another service provider, Nadia saved the day. She provides feedback and great customer experience which is rare in SA. She addresses customers with respect and gives you comfort that things will be sorted. We traveled from MTN store to store not getting the service we thought we deserved and finally when we ended up with Nadia, she assisted us with a beautiful smile. We are now happy MTN customers thanks to Nadia.
