MTN PAARL MALL A JOKE OF A BRANCH!

MTN Paarl Mall is pathetic. I have been waiting a week for them to get back to me about a Laptop deal. They advised they have to locate it from a different branch. I have been trying to phone thek with an update but they don't answer their phones. I have phoned more than 10 times already with no answer. FED UP, I go to the store. They say they don't answer the phones because they are understaffed. What a joke. That is not how you run a business, that's how you lose loyal customers! You can't just decide to turn of the phones, that is the first time I've ever heard of a shop or business do that. And from reviews on google I see this is a common occurrence. MTN get your house in order!
