MTN ownership change issue/complications!

My dad had a contract with MTN for 2 years now. This data contract reoccurs the 12th of every month. Unfortunately he passed away last year and the contract had to go through an ownership change to my name. After the ownership the data now reoccurs on the 27th of every month. So now I am sitting without data as my monthly data expired on the 12th and i have to wait till the 27th for my data to come back. This is really frustrating as I am basically paying for no data right now! all the was required was an ownership change, which took 2 Months!!! In comparison Telkom takes a day to change over and no complications can with it. I'm considering cancelling all my contracts with MTN including my business one.
