MTN OWES ME R220000 AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY

A *****ulent contract was taken out with my details ,I realised when I switched banks that there was an unknown contract, contacted MTN, they investigated and did indeed find out that it was ***** entry taken. However R22 000 had been debited from my account , I provided them with all the documents , they refused to refund me , they just cancelled the contract. I've been in contact with their legal team, multiple emails and phone calls but they never do anything.
