MTN OWES ME MONEY AND REFUSING TO PAY ME

MTN! Communication Giant in South Africa!! How do you owe an individual and fail to pay her?

My work contract was coming to an end so I requested my resettlement amount from MTN so that I can pay off the remaining amount on my MTN contract. After paying the resettlement amount (R3.820.00), MTN still went ahead and deducted the monthly payment of R553.99 from my account. It so happened that I over paid the resettlement amount, thus MTN owes me R896.73 based on the last invoice I received!

I have tried several times through emails, phone calls and visit to Menlyn MTN to get them to refund my money to no avail!

PLEASE MTN, PAY ME BACK MY MONEY WITH INTEREST!!!
