Mtn owes me 11 waves from their wave and win

Mtn got that wave and win thing going on when you buy certain amount of date, voice or sms bundle. I bought data of 1 gig for 3 consecutive weeks and received no waves I called numerous times the relevant mtn customer services and was told they emailed my query to the mtn wave and win department. Up till today I still didn't get feedback. So that means mtn owes me 9 waves. This morning which is Saturday 6th of April 2019 I bought data of 120mb which is suppose to give me two waves but i received none again. That takes the total waves mtn owe me to 11 waves. Why promote such products if you fail to deliver. I need answers as no one can tell me what form of action has/is been taken to this issue.
