MTN OVERREACH

Mtn are useless. I have been a patron since January 2004. I am currently on a contract with a credit facility and I am also r1000 in credit on my contract as I pay excess amount monthly . I was sold the incorrect package I requested 2 gb data which mtn unilaterally split into 2 bundles for social and data I did not request this nor was I advised that this was the case. I now have to pay for additional data although I am in credit of 1gb of data on the other package.
