MTN overpayment on insurance underwritten by Guard Risk

I have been trying to get my refund for a duplicate insurance policy for more than a week since it was brought to Gaurdrisk Admyntecs attention. Still waiting and Admyntecs keeps telling me that MTN has no turn around time with Refunds. No one can give me any answers
