Mtn overdebited account

Hellopeter. So early February i upgraded my contract with mtn. to my surprise i was overdebited on the 25th of feb because the person who was helping me decided to include a recurring 30GB valued at around R1, 500. I have for the previous two weeks been trying to fix the matter with mtn but i keep getting reference numbers for escalation but no solution. The should have refunded the overdebitted amount by now
