MTN Overcharging Me R3,800 for Unauthorised Data – Urgent Fix Needed

MTN has billed me R3,804.97 for out-of-bundle data that I did not authorise. I never received proper notifications that my data was finished, yet MTN allowed the charges to run into thousands.

This is unfair and unreasonable. I called and their consultant is rude and is giving me incorrect email address that bounce back. I have requested for call recording and was told I will be called by the manager in 15 mins, 3 hours later I am still waiting for the managers call. MTN behaves like they are not a big brand and don't care about the customer.
