MTN overcharging for data usage
I have been charged thousands of Rand for alleged data usage by MTN for July 2015. Looking at their detailed billing I see that I have been billed for large amounts of data usage after 9:30pm. I am always in bed at that time and my laptop is switched off and stored away. When I queried the charges their reply was that their records are correct. I am 71 years old and cannot afford to fight this matter. Twice before I have complained about over charges and they have given me credit notes.
