MTN Overcharging due to expired 2018 Black Friday Contract deals

My MTN bill has been R1127 for the past 2 years.

I was not notified that 2 of my 3 MTN contracts have expired, which were previously black friday deals.

My bill for September was R1127 which is my normal payment.

The bill for October was then surprisingly R3698.68 followed by a bill for November of R6626.

This is honestly a big shock as the bill doubled in October and doubled again in November.

I reversed the debit order that went off on 01 December 2020 of R3698.68 as this amount was not my usual debit order amount.

I went into the branch to find out why the account was so high and I was notified by an MTN consultant that it was a system error whereby all 2018 Black Friday deals that expired were overcharged and was ensured that this would be rectified.

I was then told that I need to upgrade the 2 expired contracts which was done on 04th Decemebr.

A week after that all my mtn lines were frozen/ blocked and I was unable to make calls, receive calls untill going to the branch and being told to pay my normal monthly debit order amount to reactivate my accounts untill the issue has been resolved, which to date has still not changed.
