MTN overcharging clients on mobile contract.
MTN is overcharging my contract fees. I am disputing the monthly billing of my contract for the line - ********** . I signed-up for a R250/month contract but currently i am being debited for R352 per month. I have sent several email to MTN - ********** but this hasn't been resolved 2months down the line now.

21 Jun 2018, 09:46I signed two 24months contract with MTN Morningside for line ********** 132 and line ********** for a monthly contract fee of R150 and R250 in Sep 2017 and Jan 2018 respectively. However currently i am being billed for the same contracts monthly fees of R402 & R352 per month. I still have copies of these contracts and they are available if you require them.

21 Jun 2018, 11:36You are talking *******. The two Contract signed says R150 and R250 per month and nothing further from this. Can you show me on the contract where it says the contract monthly fee will be R349 & R402.
