Mtn overcharging clients
Never trust mtn.i payed my account for 4 years cash monthly before every end of the month. On December last year payed before end of. Month then in middel december for end of December. In February they say i owe them 7 Rand after that was payed 50 Rand because cant pay 7 Rand they said. Then they say i owe 307 for December that was payed. my account i signed was 289 lifted my account to 299 without saying a word.after 4 years i never changed my payments method and pay on time now they try and do you in with lies.so never trust mtn they will. Milk. You for what they can. I wont upgrade again at mtn will rather look. For a honest service provider.

Invoice for March allocated to the account, balance now R 248.38.
The credit balance was used against the March invoice.
Your account is on cash method you have 21 days to make payment , Invoice date 26th. the account need to be paid every month by the 15th.

You double charged me i only owed a simple 7 rand after i called your call centre go listen and start doing your job and get your papers in order. I payed every month so i wont be overcharged. For 4 years i did it the same way now you try and do. Me in i wont accept it. You keep coming with ur lies get your stuff in order sort this out at mtn somerset mall my account was up to date you are doing me in with 307rand i will never usr mtn again this year when will upgrade ill move to vodacom worst service and *****ing from clients because paperwork not right. I wont be done in with my hard earned money
