MTN overcharging breaching contract agreement and useless contact centre

MTN sold me a contract at an agreed price but is now debiting way more than agreed. My contract has not been sent through, the store is not picking up my calls but what is even worse, upon follow-ups, the customer care team is useless af!!!

To now have to include legal to cancel a contract is time wasting but I'll have to do it because in a long run, it will save me from the above 4 times monthly charges MTN is *****ing from me now.

They may have attractive deals but trust me, avoid these ones.
