MTN overcharging and not fixing the problem

I am so tired of phoning weekly and getting no service what so ever!! You are useless you have been overcharging me for 3 months and every time I am told this is escalated and another month go by and surprise surprise you overcharge me again. You should not let people work from home as this is not working at all!!!
