MTN OVERCHARGING AND **********

MTN is the worst network provider in our country. I've been having a contract with them for 9 years but their service is very bad. Now I am leaving them for overcharging me without explanation. I've spoken to several consultants today but non of them can explain why I'm overcharged from R205 to R 1012.64 instead they tell me to visit my nearest branch and I will get better explaination there. Now my network is suspended. I am also taking this matter to CGSO as well. I am tired of their pathetic service.
