MTN - overcharging and failing to explain

My MTN bill has almost doubled in the past six months. I have called MTN to get an explanation because the charges do not make sense. I have spoken to almost all of the above and have been promised return calls explaining the charges, I am still waiting.<br> <br> I have been calling since late last year, still no call back explaining these ridiculous charges satisfactorily.<br> <br> I am very disappointed at this treatment.<br> <br> ref numbers - ***, ***
