Mtn overcharging

Why is Mtn not responding to messages. I struggled to cancel additional sim card...now they overcharge me . For a contract that was billed R366.77..they deducted R636.39 from my account. The contract is for R239..how is it possible that you end up wit R636.39??? Mtn stop *****ing from us......
